About the Author

Tony DeMarco won the title of undisputed Welterweight Champion of the World on April 1, 1955. After his boxing days, Tony became a successful businessman in both Boston, Massachusetts and Phoenix, Arizona. Currently residing in Boston, Tony is active in the community and involved with many organizations such as the Italian American Sports Hall of Fame, the Sons of Italy, Ring Four, and the Veterans Boxing Association. Tony regularly appears in "Joey & Maria's Comedy Italian Wedding," and is sought after as a speaker for many events. He is available for personal appearances, speaking engagements and book signings.
